Qi, also spelled and pronounced Chi, is the vital life force, the energy that fills the universe. In order to have a strong and healthy body, we must learn how to build an abundant store of Qi and keep it circulating in our body. Qi Gong is the training used to build Qi. T'ai Chi is one form of Qi Gong
